Customer Support Specialist

Location: Wichita, KS
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | 100% Onsite
Employment Type: Contract through May 15, 2026


About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team and ensure smooth order management and top-notch customer service. You will serve as the primary point of contact for supplier and customer interactions, managing orders, resolving delivery issues, and supporting internal teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.


What You’ll Do

·       Review and process customer purchase orders in ERP/Cardex systems

·       Prioritize and resolve critical orders, troubleshoot issues, and expedite complex shipments

·       Handle customer claims, RMAs, and support Accounts Receivable activities

·       Track part usage, demand, and performance metrics to maintain pipeline health

·       Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and quality teams to ensure timely order fulfillment

·       Maintain strong customer relationships and communicate proactively


 

Qualifications

·       6+ years of experience in Customer Support, Program Management, or related roles

·       Proficiency with SAP or other ERP systems

·       Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

·       Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·       Must be a U.S. Person for export compliance purposes

·       Ability to pass a background check prior to starting


 

Preferred Experience

·       Aerospace or aviation industry experience

·       Experience in aerospace hardware sales

·       Strong numeric reasoning and analytical skills

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills


Additional Information

·       Shift: 1st Shift, 8 AM – 5 PM

·       Overtime: Not expected

·       Travel: None

·       Security Clearance: Not required
